Online purchases must be returned within 30 days of purchase and must be new, unused, and contain all original packaging and accessories.


Once your return is received, inspected, and approved, you can choose to be reimbursed in the following ways:

  • Replacement of the purchased product by the same product or different product in the same value;
  • Gift card issued to your name in the same value as your initial purchase.


Damages and Issues


Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Return Instructions

  2. Wait for the reply of one of our representatives. We reply to all customer messages within 48 hours. The reply will contain the information on the return address and the best method to return purchased products.
  3. Box up your return and ship by ground to the provided address. We recommend purchasing tracking information to help expedite returns claims.
