When choosing a rod for a specific job, length is easy to determine. We’ve made identifying a rod’s power just as easy with our Color ID System. A quick glance at the butt section will ensure you pick up the right rod when you need it. Actions can be a bit more of a task driven decision; these are FAST ACTION rods as this action covers the greatest range of applications. With a combination of Gary’s designs and cutting edge materials, we have built a series of lightweight rods with crisp, responsive, and ultra sensitive tips backed up by powerful butts. Does this make them better? We think so.
SIC guides, one of the hardest insert materials available, are standard on all of our Signature Series Spinning and Casting Rods. Saltwater anglers will appreciate the slightly larger guides and tip tops used on our rods when shock leaders and fancy knots are required to tame tough mouthed or toothy critters.
Our Gary Loomis Saltwater Signature blanks are a deep translucent blue with matching wraps highlighted by metallic copper tipping. The synthetic rings that are applied to both ends of the AAA cork fore grip, grip and fighting butt are highly durable and attractive. In addition to being superb casting and fishing tools, we believe they are quite handsome.
