The skirts are made of double mylar in several excellent patterns. The Express comes expertly rigged with stainless steel wire, 9/0 stainless steel Mustad 95160 hook, black Sampo swivel, plus a #3-1/2 hammered nickel willow leaf spinner blade. It's weighty, designed for trolling rather than casting. But, it warrants placement here on the 'hoo page due to both it's design and tremendous success.
